Ingredients for 2 persons:

4  carrots
2  potatoes
1  mid size onion
1  garlic tooth
3  soup spoons of olive oil
Salt
water

Preparation:

Unpeel the carrots, potatoes, onion and garlic tooth. Wash all vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Put them in a pot and add water to cover the vegetables. Add the salt and olive oil.
Let it cook for 20 minutes and reduce everything to puree.

Tip: Add small pieces of fried bread when is time to serve.
