Ingredients for 2 persons:
400g octopus
1 mid size onion
150g pickles
olive oil
vinegar
Preparation:
Wash the octopus and put it into a pan. Cover the pan and let cook on the stove until the octopus be tender.
Cooking time is approximately 1 hour and you should use middle power on the stove.
You should not add any water because the octopus will release enough water during cooking process.
Drain the octopus and cut in small pieces. Peel and cut the onion in small pieces. Drain and cut the pickles (cauliflower, cucumber and carrot) in small pieces.
Mixed everything and add olive oil and vinegar on taste.
